- In 0.32, the spell will summon ironbound frosthearts instead of ironbound thunderhulks.
- Prior to 0.28, Forceful Invitation could summon creatures from the Lair and Orcish Mines. Its monster assortment was also less dangerous.
- The monster list was altered in 0.19.
- Forceful Invitation was introduced in 0.14.
