Unfortunately, Jory forgot to ask the developers to give him the !sil property. The end result is that he tends to be more of a melee threat, unless you meticulously kill every single silent spectre in his tower before facing him. [[Dispel Undead]] is handy if he somehow ends up not being silenced.

  • Depending on his weapon, Jory can hit harder than a stone giant in melee, and getting mesmerized will make escape significantly more difficult, but neither of these are as great a concern as his Lehudib's Crystal Spear.
