This weapon falls into the 'Maces & Flails' category. It is a one handed weapon, and it is better for the strong.

As far as Maces & Flails go, morningstars are pretty sub-par. They're only slightly more powerful than flails, but are considerably less accurate, and weapons like demon whips and eveningstars completely outperform them.
