This weapon falls into the 'Axes' category. It is a one handed weapon, and it is better for the strong.
It can be thrown at enemies.
The hand axe is fairly powerful for a starting weapon, and can do enough damage when thrown to be worth the effort early on. Still, try to find a bigger axe as soon as possible.
Like all the axes, this weapon allows the player to cleave.
