Ice Magic skill determines how easily you can cast spells that employ ice, cold, and frost. It also increases the chance of summoning a friendly water elemental with Summon Elemental.
Ice Magic offers a balance between offensive and defensive spells. Ice-based spells are generally resistible with cold resistance.
